Like I said before, this work shows how much your technique improved since I've known you.
What I prefer here is the harmony of the colours, I think they all blend together nicely (which in my opinion is one of the most difficult part to get right in a manip).
Also I think the lightning is beautiful and you managed it beautifully (a little should be added on the forehead and cheek) but overall it looks very nice in the final work.
Your painting technique also improved a lot. There's still some parts when we can see that your brush is a little too blunt or thick, but you're on the right path.
Another thing, but I think it's just a question of taste here: I think the make up might be a little too heavy, but again, that's just my personal taste.
A great work overall, and noticable by your improvment.

OMG I got on DA lol I haven't been able to get on for couple of days now

I want to say thank you for your amazing comment on my new art piece really means a lot. I see what you mean with the light, that is one thing I've been trying to figure out and I think I'm getting a little better at it so thank you for pointing out the her forehead need some :D

Aww the hair lol well to tell you the truth this was the first time I tried painting the hair in CS5 I usually paint the hair in photoshop elements but I do see what you mean about the heavy brush strokes, I think some times I press to hard on the tablet with the pen and goes on a little to blunt.

I can see how the makeup can look heavy but thats kinda how I do my makeup in every day life lol and my sisters always say I have too much makeup on and some times I do and some times I don't. What can I say I LOVE makeup lol.

Once again thank you for your feedback and it means a great deal to me :iconcocoloveplz:

Yea for the make up like I mentioned, it's a matter of personal tastes. It's not that I don't like it, I think any make up, heavy or light, can be awesome in any situation, but here maybe because the girl is blond and pale, it stands out a lot to me, but it still looks great, don't worry. ^^

And yes for the hair, it's super hard, it takes practice and practice, it was so hard for me the first time I tried, and still is, and I think I still suck at it, lol, but you'll see it gets easier with practice, same thing for the light.
Although for the light I think it's different, I mean, I have a hard time trying to figure out how the light should go and how, I'm always asking my family or close friends for help when I'm not sure, like, I'm asking if I put the light properly, if there's too much of it, not enough, if the shadows are ok, etc, it's a nightmare to get right and I'm totally incapable of doing it right without showing it to someone else before, just to have a fresh eye because the more you work the less flaws you see, at least, in my case, I know wome people that are so awesome at the first try, lol.
